2. Orders and Payment

 

2.1 Product Customization

CustomPlaquesIn.com offers custom-made plaques. You are responsible for the accuracy of all design elements, text, images, and specifications submitted for your custom order. We will produce the plaque based on the exact specifications provided by you. We are not responsible for errors in design, spelling, grammar, or image quality that are present in the files submitted by the customer.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in $ (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and services at any time.

2.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

2.4 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not signify our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order is confirmed when we begin processing your design.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.

3.2 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

3.3 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from CustomPlaquesIn.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

 

4.1 Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for custom-made plaques unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by CustomPlaquesIn that deviates from the approved design specifications.

4.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match the approved design specifications due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or error. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or issue a refund.

4.3 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the design process begins. Once the design process has started, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CustomPlaquesIn and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CustomPlaquesIn.

By submitting designs, images, or text for your custom plaque, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce such content and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold CustomPlaquesIn harmless from any claims arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights related to the content you provide.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CustomPlaquesIn.

CustomPlaquesIn has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CustomPlaquesIn shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
