I ordered a 12x19 cast-bronze memorial plaque for our neighborhood. The process was very easy, and the communication between Custom Plaques was very clear. They proofed my design and suggested ways to make my plaque more legible/professional. Very quick turnaround at around 15 days for delivery, after payment, for the cast-bronze in this size. Overall extremely happy and I will order my next sign/plaque from here.

The plaque is a work of art. We could not be happier with the quality and beauty of the plaque. The only downside was someone in their graphics department changed one of the words on the plaque. We did not catch the change until after the plaque was cast. We were only charged a nominal fee to have the plaque recast. Customer service is top notch.

I am so happy with the memorial plaque. It is so pretty and just what I had hoped. Daniel was so helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct size, color, and script. He also guided me in the correct way to affix the plaque to the composite material. He responded to all my questions quickly which I very much appreciated. The material is top quality and will last. It is the perfect piece to honor and remember my friend.

I took a picture of a historical type plaque that was advertised and replaced with AI generated text plus added a 3D relief of an oak tree at the top, not knowing if that could be done or not (no extra charge!). I had requested a picture of the finished product before shipping. The plaque was received in about two weeks. I admit, I was worried when I first opened the package about misspelled words or sloppy craftsmanship, but was very pleasantly surprised with the final result, including the 3D relief of the tree and a textured background instead of plain, which I had added with AI. Great job!
