Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. Shipping availability may vary for certain products or destinations due to carrier restrictions.

Production Time

All of our plaques and signs are handcrafted and made to order.

Production typically takes 3–8 business days after payment confirmation and, when applicable, approval of your digital design proof.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping transit time. During peak seasons, holidays, or for large and highly customized orders, additional production time may be required.

Manufacturing & Fulfillment Locations

CustomPlaquesIN operates manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in both the United States and India to efficiently serve customers around the world.

  • Most U.S. orders are manufactured and shipped from our Texas fulfillment center using USPS.

  • International orders are generally produced and shipped from our India manufacturing facility via DHL Express.

  • Depending on production schedules, product specifications, and inventory availability, certain U.S. orders may also be fulfilled from our India facility using DHL Express.

Regardless of the shipping origin, every product is crafted to the same quality standards using the same materials and manufacturing processes by our skilled artisans.

The origin of shipment does not affect the quality of your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You may use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.

These charges, when applicable, are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise communicated prior to shipment.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

Requests to modify the shipping address must be made before the order has been dispatched.

CustomPlaquesIN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@customplaquesin.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Any replacement or refund will be determined based on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@customplaquesin.com.

To assist with the claims process, please provide:

  • Your order number,

  • Photographs of the damaged item,

  • Photographs of the packaging, and

  • A description of the damage.

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused by the recipient, abandoned, or returned due to failure to accept delivery may be subject to return shipping charges and carrier fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

As our products are custom-made to each customer's specifications, shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Force Majeure

CustomPlaquesIN shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
