Return & Refund Policy:

At Custom Plaques IN, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a custom plaque with manufacturing defects, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@customplaquesin.com within the 14-day return window. In your email, include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographs showcasing the issue.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may ask for additional information if necessary. 

  3. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the defective plaque back to us. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a final inspection. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Important Notes:

  • This policy applies only to manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for issues arising from customer error in design submission or damage incurred after delivery that is not a manufacturing defect.

  • The returned plaque must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the defective item is received and inspected.

  • Custom Plaques IN will cover the shipping costs for returning defective items.
